If one crosses the Walserschanze, which constitutes the German-Austrian border, what opens up to the holidaymaker is a view over one of the most beautiful alpine valleys in the Alps. The Austrian Kleinwalsertal – accessible only from Germany – with its four villages of Riezlern, Hirschegg, Mittelberg and Baad, is located at an altitude of between 1,086 m – 2,536 m and promises holiday fun for all tastes.
