The Kleinwalsertal is an alpine valley and, with its three localities of Riezlern, Hirschegg and Mittelberg, is situated at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,250 metres at the northern edge of the Alps.
The Haller’s Posthotel is located in a picturesque landscape in the middle of idyllic Riezlern in the Kleinwalsertal. Haller’s Posthotel is a central starting point for a wide range of activities and is the perfect accommodation in one of Austria’s nicest ski and hiking resorts.
The cable car (Kanzelwandbahn) is approximately 200 m away, while the ski school is right opposite the hotel.

The alpine world of the Kleinwalsertal offers a hiking route network of over 150 km in three climate zones and at an altitude of approximately 1,000 to 2,536 m – whether walking routes, light hikes, climbing tours, day tours or multi-day tours.
Would you like to enjoy the variety-packed slopes in the winter? This is the very place for you. The Kanzelwand / Fellhorn ski resort is just 200 m away, while the Riezlern ski school is directly opposite the hotel.
Bike holidays in the Wals mountains – an insider tip! Of course, here you have to exert yourself slightly more than on flat land, but the experience is invigorating. The local cyclists have developed a map in which the nicest tours, from easy to challenging, are drawn in and described. Those who prefer to go with a group can link up with an experienced guide with expert knowledge of the area. The bike park – a circuit with steep curves and jumps – provides for variety and excitement.
